Chris Awad

Chris Awad joined Sol-Ark as Vice President of Human Resources in February of 2023. With over twenty-five years of people operations and talent experience, Chris brings demonstrated success in leading human capital efforts in a variety of industries. He has been a consultant as well as an executive, with particular skill and competence in supporting large scale organizational change and growth. Chris held leadership roles at SunEdison, Equifax, CMA Global, Answers Corporation and LeaderScout before coming to Sol-Ark. He earned his BA in Psychology from University of Virginia, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia. He also holds two masters degrees, in public affairs and rehabilitation counseling.
